Good morning, Neighbors,
"Are you kidding me?" is what is being said all across every nook and corner and cranny of Lantern Farms this morning when we each woke up to snow outside. Okay, so my wife did say it looks pretty against the peach and cherry blossoms in our yard, then, "Are you kidding me?" I persisted. No matter.
It's still spring and we still live in one of the best neighborhoods in one of the best communities in the country! Beautiful homes, strong children, smart men and women making their livings and nurturing their families beneath the Light of Lantern Farms.
We have our annual meeting tomorrow evening at 7 pm at the Delaware Township building across the street and down by the new walking/bike trail. We will be discussing this past year's performance and upcoming plans for the new year. Your fully-staffed board of volunteers has worked together and continues working hard to keep our neighborhood one of high-value, quality homes that say so much about the families inside and around those beautiful homes.
Please meet with your own neighbors next door or across the street to see what ideas or questions you want to bring to the meeting. If someone cannot attend the meeting, offer to bring their proxy with you so they can be best represented by you, again, a supportive neighbor and friend.
We have been Blessed during this wonderful Season of Rebirth and Growth! What can be a better place to grow and share those Blessings than in Lantern Farms.
No better place!! Are you kidding me?
Always with each of you in mind,
John Riggio President Lantern Farms Property Owners Association
