We need your help

The Association Board has openings for committee members. To maintain a well-kept and welcoming neighborhood, we need volunteers for the following positions.

• Government Liaison – occasional – stay abreast of City ordinances and policies that might affect our neighborhood by receiving emails from the City 
• Holiday Decorations – Organize volunteers to help install the decorations. The Board will solicit help from owners via an email response survey. This has worked in the past. Due to the lack of an organizer, last year’s decorations were minimal. We have more to put up. The association purchases decorations with a budget of $300 each year to enhance the display. 
• Yard of the Week – once a week during the summer flowering season. Visually survey yards and choose the most attractive, well-kept landscaping, and place the sign.
• Welcoming committee – as needed - greet new owners with a small gift, furnished by the association. Get contact info for emails and other board communications. Leave an information booklet about the neighborhood. Many have enlisted a friend to accompany them. 
• Social - Small group of neighbors working together to plan a summer party for the neighborhood and plan dates for yard sales

Past committee members will be glad to help you with the details of the task.

We also need one more member for the board.
